| We do offer shipping : Requirements to Ship Animals must be at least 8 weeks of age. Shipping kennel or cage must meet standards for size, ventilation, strength and design. Animals must have enough room to stand up and turn around. Kennels must be equipped with one food and water cup. Kennels must be marked with shipper's name, address and phone number and pick-up person's name, address and phone number (if different from shipper), Live Animal Stickers should be applied to the kennel and the last time fed and watered indicated. Place newspaper or absorbent material on the bottom of the crate. Animal may not be exposed to temperatures of less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit unless there is an acclimation statement by a Veterinarian. Health Certificate must be issued by a licensed Veterinarian and be no more than 10 days old. Animals may not be brought to the airline more than 4 hours before a flight. Animals less than 16 weeks of age must be offered food and water if transit is more than 12 hours. Older animals must have food at least every 24 hours and water at least every 12 hours. Animals over 16 weeks must have rabies shots current. Things to Consider If shipping international (including Hawaii) check the quarantine laws. Do not give your pet solid food in the six hours before the flight. Do not give your pet sedation without your veterinarians approval. Try to schedule a non-stop flight and avoid heavy travel times. Bulldog Contract and Health Guarantee
Contract/Health Guarantee covering your Bulldog Puppy which must be signed and returned before shipping. Unless otherwise noted all
puppies will be sold with a spay neuter agreement with limited registration .All registration papers will be mailed upon receiving a written
report from your Vet confirming spay or neuter .
All Bulldog puppies are sold as pets.

Buyer Responsibilities:
* Have Bulldog puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery. Seller must be informed immediately of the
examination result with a written report from your vet . The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
* Provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:
1. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
* Puppy must be paid in full by seven weeks of age or all monies paid and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited.
* All deposits are nonrefundable.
* Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Bulldog Health Guarantee:
* This puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the
health of the animal. This includes kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the
dog dies within this one year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason by a state pathologist . If reason is
congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy.
* This guarantee does not cover what in the Bulldog breed is considered normal: cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated
soft palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils.) ectropion, "loose" hips or knees, trachea issues, inverted tails, fertility issues,
parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, respiratory infection, undescended testes, localized demodex etc.
* All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.
* Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and
understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
* As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and wormings. The buyer has been informed of these and of future
vaccinations and wormings due.
* This guarantee does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria.
Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not
life threatening.
A Bulldog puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must show the defect by one year of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian
determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will provide a replacement
puppy of equivalent value. These reports must reach same diagnosis and conclusion. Buyer must obtain all vet records and get them to
seller within 5 days. Buyer must return animal to seller within 10 days of report of trouble. Seller will replace pup with one of equal or
greater value within 12 months. Replacement pup is chosen by seller.
* No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
* A returned puppy must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The
owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.
* Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy as well as the return puppy.
* This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.
* No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without permission of the seller.
* Replacement puppy will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of
original puppy.
* There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange,
and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
* We DO NOT guarantee against conditions that may or may not be stress related from the move to a new home and/or by the shipping
process. These stress related conditions that have previously remained dormant can be triggered by the above and unfortunately cannot be
diagnosed until an active case becomes evident. Some of these stress related conditions or illnesses will be discussed in our puppy care
information pages and are: coccidia, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and kennel cough.
* Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
* There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
* Seller is only guaranteeing the above puppy as a healthy companion/pet and that the puppys' pedigree is correct to the best of sellers
knowledge. Buyer agrees not to hold seller responsible in any way in the unlikely event that a problem might arise from the puppys'
parentage/pedigree. (AKC DNA tests run 2 years behind)
* This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements. This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
* Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois , in
Knox county. It is agreed that any legal issues or court proceedings concerning the puppy purchased under this contract will be resolved in
Knox County, Illinois . This extends to internet sales across state lines as well. Should buyer chose to pursue matters in this court of
law, Seller will
request reasonable attorney fees from Buyer for Seller's attorney.
By not returning our signed contract, buyer gives up any right to compensation from seller, ever. Buyer, by not returning our signed
contract to us, is buying pup AS IS with no guarantee, warranty. This contract is good for original buyer only and is not transferable.
If at any time during the life of the puppy/dog concerned in this contract, the purchaser due to unforeseen circumstances cannot continue
to keep the dog we are always willing to accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him or her. No exchange of money or replacement
is offered in this circumstance.
No other warranties, either expressed or implied.
